Thomas B. Crowley Sr. Memorial Scholarships have been presented since 1992 by Crowley Maritime Corporation each year at the Connie Awards in the New York area and in Long Beach.

Deserving cadets from the California Maritime Academy receive scholarships in Long Beach. Crowley Maritime Corporation, in cooperation with the administration of CMA, select the recipients.

Four scholarships are awarded to deserving midshipmen from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, N.Y. in December. Crowley Maritime Corporation, in cooperation with the administration of Kings Point, select the annual winners.
