Nick currently serves as Executive Vice President for American President Lines (APL) located in the Washington, DC area. He manages commercial and operational functions for the company’s US Government business, dealing with all facets of military and US Flag impelled cargo.  Prior to his current posting at APL, Nick held the Chief Commercial Officer position at CMA CGM from 2015 – 2021 and from 2023 thru January of 2025. Nick was previously held the same role as he has today at APL from October 2021 thru January of 2023. Nick originally joined CMA CGM in 2009 as the VP of Western Region sales and moved on to manage all import sales activities until taking the CCO role in 2015. A 34+ year veteran in shipping and logistics, he has held management roles at various companies, including Damco and P&O Nedlloyd. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California along with a Master of Business Administration, Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach.
